1. Do ProPortion Foods products require cutting?

All if our products are ready-cut. We offer both tray format, and individually packaged. You can view our full range here.

2. How long does it take to thaw ProPortion Foods products?

Thaw in a chiller for at least 24 hours prior to serving.

3. How long can you store ProPortion Foods products once thawed?

Thawed products will keep in a chiller for up to 3-7 days in original packaging. The shelf life of the products can be found on the carton, film or tray label otherwise please feel free to contact us for further information.

4. Where can I buy ProPortion Foods products?

We currently do not have retail stores anywhere in Australia. Please contact us for details of your local stockist. We will be glad to make arrangements with your preferred food distributor should they not yet stock our products.

5. Can I refreeze ProPortion Foods products?

Once our products have been thawed, we recommend that they are not refrozen.

6. Does ProPortion Foods have any reduced fat products?

Please contact us directly to obtain further information.

7. Do ProPortion Foods products contain nuts?

Our products may contain traces of nuts. Please refer to the specification's of each product for further details.

8. Does ProPortion Foods have a food safety program?

Yes. ProPortion Foods is HACCP accredited. Please contact us should you require a copy of our HACCP Certification.
